{phfr} -Mother's Day edition!

We had a post-Mass Mother's Day Micky D's picnic at a beautiful park close to our home.
 Isn't this just lovely??

Slightly off-topic, but the night before Mother's Day I was able to quickly whip up this little sleepover doll (she has a mini sleeping bag!) using a pattern from this book. This isn't the first time I've made a Wee Wonderfuls doll and it won't be the last! I find them quick and easy to whip up and absolutely adorable!

Sister Stinky actually wasn't the recipient of this particular friend, but this little doll went to live next door with a sweet girl who's about to turn 2!

To say that our Sister Stinky is a picky eater would be an understatement. The girl eats like a bird! (Whatever that means. I guess I haven't found her eating any worms yet, or anything.) Mommy and Daddy bought her a lovely fruit and yogurt parfait for lunch. But what did she insist on eating? French fries.

I can't believe this is my third  Mother's Day with this little sweetheart. (I'm totally counting the first one, even though she was still only a little Sister Wiggles and not a full fledge Stinky yet!) She wears me out like none other and I love every minute of it. :-)
