Bikes, Walking, Illness, and Book Release Details! Oh, My!

Linking up with Auntie Leila! Congratulations on the birth of her new grandson!

We've had kind of a crazy week around here...

{pretty}

We got a little bike off of Craigslist...

And Maria finally started walking, on the day she turned 21 months old! Her foot supports and tireless practicing with Daddy have paid off!! She actually learned when she and Daddy went on a father/daughter date to our local botanical gardens on Sunday afternoon. She still won't walk all the time, but she's made some major strides (pun intended).

{funny}

Their facial expressions. Such funny little girls.

{real}

I should have known she was coming down with something when she started dozing in the car when we were driving Sunday afternoon. She doesn't take naps anymore, and she was soooo drowsy. Poor girl has been sick all week.

{happy}

The physical proof of the book arrived this week! And I got to do an interview with the lovely Christy Isinger and Haley Stewart for an upcoming episode of Fountains of Carrots. Those two are so much fun to talk with!
